The hob is connected to the power cable VVGNG 3x6, through three contact blocks. The contacts in it are clamped with screws for a screwdriver and wrench. The connection is quite reliable. Hello! Take a multimeter and see what happens to the voltage on the stove with increasing power! Maybe somewhere a bad zero contact on the line. Does the phase appear when the machine is turned off? It is possible that not both contacts are broken in it (for replacement), this happens when the phase remains, and zero is burned out or broken by the switching device.

Is your cable from the surface connected to the same machine? If not, then I had a thought that the zero from the hob is connected to the outlet group, or you did not connect the stove correctly. Because the phase at zero is 90% of the fact that zero is broken. Therefore, check the wiring and wiring again.
